Refund policy
"Due to the natural characteristics of genuine leather (cowhide), there may be variations in the texture (grain) and color tone depending on the batch and area of the leather.
In principle, we may not be able to accept returns or exchanges due to customer convenience. While we ensure the quality of our products, if by any chance the delivered item is defective or differs from the ordered product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will provide guidance on the return method and exchange process.
Please note that returns or exchanges cannot be accepted in the following situations, so please understand in advance:
①Differences in perception, texture, etc., due to unilateral customer preferences. Despite providing photos, the actual color of the product may appear different, as natural leather varies from piece to piece.
②Returns or exchanges are not accepted for customized items such as engraved names, and we appreciate your understanding.
③For made-to-order items, we begin the process of material procurement and cutting after receiving the order, so cancellations after ordering cannot be accepted.

If you plan to be away for an extended period, please inform us in advance. In case of absence, a non-delivery notice will be left, and please be sure to request redelivery from the delivery service before the storage deadline.
In the event of "Refusal of Receipt or Return to Our Shop Due to Long Absence":
●For credit card payments, a cancellation fee of 100% will be charged, and the paid amount cannot be refunded. Please note that we will not resend the product afterward.
●If you request reshipment after refusal or long absence, we will charge the round-trip shipping and handling fees, applicable only for bank transfer and credit card payments. Once payment is confirmed, we will dispatch the product. Please be aware that future use of our shop will be declined.
●If you wish to cancel for any special reason during the process, please note that a cancellation fee of 50-100% of the product price may apply, depending on the progress.
"Regarding Cancellations for Violating Purchase Limit Rules"
●A cancellation fee will be applied, and we will process the refund by deducting 10% of the amount you paid.

在“收货拒绝或因长时间不在而退回我们店铺”的情况下：
- 对于信用卡支付，将收取100％的取消费用，支付的金额不可退还。请注意我们不会重新发送产品。
- 如果您在拒收或长时间不在后要求重新发送，我们将收取往返运费和手续费，仅适用于银行转账和信用卡支付。确认收到付款后，我们将发货。请注意我们将拒绝未来在我们店铺的使用。

天然の本革（牛革）のため、ロットや部位などにより革の表情（シボ感）や色味の個体差がございます。原則としてお客様のご都合による返品・交換には応じかねます。商品の品質には万全を期しておりますが、万が一、お届けした商品に、不良品またはご注文と違う商品等がございましたら、商品お届け後より7日以内にご連絡下さい。返送方法、返品交換方法等をご案内申し上げます。尚、下記に当てはまる状態・事柄の場合は返品、交換はお受けできませんので予めご了承ください。
①お客様の一方的な イメージ、風合い等、感覚の思い違いによるもの。写真を載せていますが、商品を実際に見た色とは違って見える事があり色のイメージが違って感じる事があります。また、天然皮革は自然な物であり 同じ商品でも1枚1枚異なります。布帛や合皮とは違い 傷や血筋などもあったりしますが、これも天然皮革である証でもあります。このようなことを含み予めご承知頂きご注文に際してはよくご検討ください。
②名入れ等のカスタマイズをご希望いただいた場合の返品交換はお受け致しかねますのでご理解いただけますようお願い申し上げます。
③受注生産品の場合は、ご注文後に材料の確保また裁断の工程にはいらせていただいておりますため、ご注文後のキャンセルはお受け致しかねます。
【その他】
長期不在のご予定の際は必ずご連絡下さい。ご不在の際は不在伝票が投函されますので、保管期限までに必ず配達業者に再配達をご依頼ください。期限内にご連絡をされない場合、弊店へ返送されます。
「受取拒否・長期不在で弊店へ返送された場合」
●クレジット決済の場合は、キャンセル料100％ととし決済いただいた金額はご返金出来ません。またその後の商品の再送も致しませんのでご了承ください。
●受取拒否・長期不在で弊店へ返送された後、特別な理由で再送の申し出をいただいた場合振込み、クレジット決済の場合のみ一度発生した往復送料や手数料を含め御請求致します。（振込み・クレジット決済方法をご案内致します。）お支払いの確認が出来ましたら商品を発送致します。また今後、弊店でのご利用はお断り致しますので、予めご了承ください。
●万が一特別な理由で途中キャンセルを希望される場合は、進行状況によりいかなる場合でも商品代金の50〜100％のキャンセル料がかかりますことを御了承ください。※ご注意弊店からの確認内容や、お支払等のご連絡がとれない場合はお客様のご都合によりキャンセルさせて頂きます。また、今後弊店でのご利用に制限をかけさせていただきます。
「購入制限のルールに違反した場合のキャンセルについて」
●キャンセル手数料が発生しますのでお支払いただいた金額の10％を引いた金額で処理をさせていただきます。
